To buy a (personal development book), what keyword (search term) would you use when you was stuck (in life, work, relationship) and wanted to unstuck fast?

I would think of being locked in my room.

Running free. I like the idea of running away from the situation you are in, in a healthy way. Not running away obviously, but running free of it.

I picture a person climbing out of a big hole. They are stuck in the hole, but the book is showing them how to get out.

The keyword I would use is free. The image I would associate is an Eagle that is soaring high above a cliff over the ocean.

I would search the word "guidance" as I think the word is used a lot with self-help and motivation issues. I also think it carries more authority and professionalism to it. I think an image that resonates with me is a bird being set free. I think it exemplifies the idea well and has significant meaning behind it.
