The learning curve for using PickFu is pretty flat. We designed it to be quick and easy to use, no matter if you\u2019re running your first or 50th poll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Still, the more information and learning we can pass on to you about how to get the most out of your polls, the better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So we\u2019re excited to cut the ribbon on our customer education library, pickfu.com\/library<\/a>. It\u2019s stocked with tips, templates, and other snackable content to guide you through the polling process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open it by logging in to your account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the full library menu, click on the \u201cBrowse inspiration\u201d button on the upper right side of your dashboard:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That pulls up this menu of options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New PickFu users will find these two categories especially helpful:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Question templates<\/a><\/strong>. The wording of your poll question<\/a> matters a lot. We\u2019ve compiled questions that we know will get the most reliable answers into pre-built polls. Use them as-is or as a starting point for your poll.<\/li>
  2. Poll types<\/a><\/strong>. Browse different polls<\/a> and see real examples of each type. You can launch a poll directly from this spot.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You\u2019ll also find guides, quick tips, and blog posts relevant to your selected industry in the library. (Need to change your industry in your profile? Do so by clicking on \u201cPersonal settings\u201d in your main dashboard.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Between our education library and help center<\/a>, we\u2019d say you have a solid summer reading list on your hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A new view of demographic reports \ud83d\udd0d<\/h2>\n\n\n

    We\u2019ve streamlined the poll results page to make it easier for you to analyze your results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can now view the demographic breakdown of respondents in a separate tab on your results page. Before, you had to scroll past the responses to find them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click on the \u201cDemographic reports\u201d tab to see the breakdowns by age group, gender, and other traits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
