I like the writing on the first one.

I like how simple the title is and it's not cluttered. It's clean and eye catching.

I like these because it explains the title a lot better than the other ones.

Less text is more. Too much text is distracting.

"Secret of" and "Mystery of" make the book sound cheaper. "Sixteen Burdens" is interesting and I would like to know what the burdens are. "Sixteen Supernaturals" gives us more of an idea of what the book is about than the other titles but "Sixteen Burdens" tells us something about the story.

I picked a and d because they were short. The other ones were too long

choices A & C have a more streamlined illustration, along with brighter colors. choice D is just a good runner up.

Supernatural sounds too 21st century. The Burdens are more mysterious to me. Gary Studebaker sounds more like a band but better than the Supernatural option.

Option A looks the cleanest. D looks identical to A.

sixteen burdens is the best sounding name, I think "Newton's Eye" sounds kinda weird

The Sixteen Burdens is short and sweet, with large text so that it's easy to read and read quickly. Option B is more crowded and difficult to read, especially since the font is at such an angle, but I like the title second best. Similarly, Option C is harder to read and has a longer title, but Secret seems less appealing than Mystery.

I went with the titles that were the easiest to read at the angle it was designed at. The more words at that slant are harder to read and Sixteen burdens/supernaturals seems more vague and intriguing to me as well.

I love this cover more than the others.

I like learning secrets and Newton's Eye seems intriguing. Next is also of interest to me, Supernatural.

This title makes this book very attractive and unique. The word mystery adds a special magic thing to this title and I think I would have fun when reading this book.

I think both of the short title are a little dull and do not stand out from many others. I really like option B as it sounds unique and draws me into the book.

B is the most mysterious/intriguing. D and C also make me want to find out more. A is not intriguing or interesting.

Option B has the most intriguing title. Option A has a pretty cover and burdens sounds more attractive to me than supernaturals

The Secret of/ Mystery of format looks better and stand out more than the Sixteen format. Sixteen burdens also don't give me enough information about the book.

My top two choices hit my curiosity. I don't know what a Newton's Eye is, so this draws me in. Secret is more appealing as a title than mystery because I want to know the secret. I didn't really like either of the "Sixteen" titles, but I prefer Burdens to Supernaturals because my prejudice is that something supernatural is just going to be boring and contrived....you can hook me into a supernatural story but usually only by not telling me in advance that's what it's going to be about.

I think options C & B give the reader a clear indication that there is a protagonist (gray studebaker) and that they are the person driving the story, which I find appealing. For the 3rd option, I like the word supernatural as it seems more thought provoking.

"Secret" and "Mystery" gives me the feeling it will be a book that will keep my mind guessing and keep me involved. That intrigues me.

secrets and mysteries always get my attention and are my favorite to read. These make the book more fun and interesting to read.

i like the Newtons eye concept most of all

i based my decisions off the names of the books. I liked the Secret of Newtons Eye the best, then the Mystery. They sounded differentiated from the others.

Grey Studebaker is intriguing and period appropriate, and the format of xxx and the yyy reminds me of classics like Nancy Drew and Perry Mason

Not a big fan of "sixteen supernaturals" it sounds a little weird. The other titles sound more interesting.

D was the best because it was quick and to the point. Supernatural is a good word for the title because I enjoy the show of the same name. The second option is good because I want to know what the "burdens" are. Mystery is a better word than Secret

my top choice, D, just stood out to me more than the others. I didn't care for the titles with Studebaker in the title at all. My last choice, B, just sounded horrible, maybe due to the word "Burdens".

The Sixteen Supernaturals sounds like a really interesting book, either an anthology or a horror/mystery. I'm also intrigued by the Mystery/Secret of Newton's Eye - it makes me want to learn more about it.

Each of these is more descriptive than 'Burden'. I like that the title of these three somewhat describe what the book is about.

The use of supernatural immediately draws me in personally.

Choice D had the most interesting title and the author name was readable. Choice C had a better title than Choice B because it looks more intriguing. The last choice was hard to understand what the title is about.

Option D is the most intriguing and the one I am more likely to pick up. I am not a fan of the other titles.

I like all of these but I really like the title "Sixteen Burdens". It is shorter but more intriguing. The cover art is perfect for the 1930's theme.

Since this is part of an Action-Adventure series, option B doesn't really seem to fit as the title says "Mystery", which would not necessarily be an action adventure novel. D, Sixteen Supernaturals, seems more like there would be some action, going after 16 supernaturals. I have the same thoughts for A as I do for D, however, burdens doesn't seem as active or exciting as supernaturals. C sounds like it could be a mystery but could also be an adventure that happens while looking for Newton's Eye.
