We are building a luxury RV Resort that will be at the intersection of 3 major highways that will be in the heart of the wetlands and nature. There will be several lagoons on property. Which name do you like for the property?
Option B won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 27 votes after 3 rounds of votes counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.

A is my favorite because it makes me think of a savannah and hiking and RV camping and other fun activities and because its near a bunch of highways it sounds very cool to include the word crossing in the name. This one fits great!
I really don't like Savannah Acres. To me, that sounds like a mobile home park, and not a nice one. I really like the Crossings name, as long as it truly is near some true crossing type major roads. I also wonder about mixing up the order, like, "The Crossings at Savannah".
I find choice A name is trustworthy. I prefer this name because it is original.
Savannah crossings is the best as it is at the intersection of 3 cross streets. Next is Savannah Acres as it will take up considerable acres to make possible. I did not care for Savanna Lakes as there is no mention of a lake in the description. I would suggest Savannah Wetlands Nature Resort
I love the crossings- sounds snazzy. The acres sounds better than RV. And I don't have any name suggestions for D.
I definitely like Savanah Crossing the best. The crossing roads will be a real landmark in connection to the property. I chose Savanah Acres second. If any of the lagoons were named lakes I may have made "acres" my third choice...but since it is just random lagoons and wet lands I chose acres as my second choice. Savanah Lakes is also a good name but the description does not even all the lagoons lakes...so it seems like a stretch to name the property after the lakes.
I think they sound very generic but that is not neccesarily a bad thing and I think they work. Good luck this sounds like a major project and hope you make tons of money.
I like Option A, Savannah Crossings, the best; since the property is to be located at a large intersection it seems only fitting; "Crossings" suggests a meeting-place, or a place where choices/options exist. Option B, Savannah Lakes, seems next best; since the property will have lagoons, a name referencing a body of water is logical. Option C, Savannah Acres, is my least favorite; it sounds like a retirement home and is kind of depressing. As for a suggestion of my own, perhaps: Savannah Adventure RV Resort.
I like Savannah Crossings since I feel it "crosses" near 3 intersections. Then, I like Savannah Acres because that large of an area, I think of a lot of acres. Savannah Lakes is nice, but near me is a golf course called Savannah Lakes, so I think of that. D last because I honestly don't have a better name.
I liked choice A the best since the name is simple and easy to remember while being relevant to what is being offered. Choice B and C sound too generic and not as memorable.
Option 'A' call to mind the Crossing of the highways. Easy access and on the way. Option 'B' highlights the lake if your into fishing. Option 'C' brings your attention to acres or wilderness in my opinion. Can't really think of a different name for Option 'D'
I like Savannah Crossings the best because it is so descriptive of the location at the intersection of three highways. It sounds like it is in the middle of things and makes me think that there would be a lot to do there. Secondly, I would choose Savannah Lakes (although there aren't any lakes there) because it lets me know that there is water nearby, so there might be paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, etc., available. Thirdly, I would choose Savannah Acres because it reminds me of wide open spaces, fields, wildflowers, and nature in general. I would also suggest Savannah Luxury RV Resort because it suggests that this resort is a cut above all the others, and that would appeal to a segment of society that might not be attracted to nature.
When we pick a place to take our travel trailer, we first see what name catches our attention and "A" would get me to click on the website. I would want to know what "Savannah Crossings" is about. I like "B" as my second choice, because I would know that there are lakes at the resort from the name "Savannah Lakes". Savannah Acres sounds like it would be a resort in the country with open fields. I think that I would click on it if Savannah was a place that we would like to go camping.
It is at 3 hwys so crossings is good. I dont like lakes because a lagoon probably has alligators and not swimmable which lake implies.may be possible. Acres may be ok if covers a good deal of land .
Option "A": I've found RV users to be a savvy well-traveled group making "Savannah Crossings", based on the description above, more clearly explanatory in location and expectations comparatively; it also has a very Americana feel in name and is more welcoming.
I like the "Crossing" the best because it depicts what the park looks like. It is both a crossing of the interstates as well as the crossing of the land and water. Lakes is OK, but it sounds like a residential development. I did not like the Acres, because people going there already know it's a resort( with many acres) and the name is used too often. The only suggestion I would have is Savannah Moor RV Resort. It isn't a well used word. but it does conjure up images of wetlands.
I like Option A the best because it references how all the major highways connect in that area. I don't know enough details about the area to really comment on C or B. I know it has lagoons and wetlands..but does it have lakes? Because unless lakes and swimming are prominent features of the property, that's a terrible choice. I chose C second because I associate the word "acres" with a large area of land, and the brief description makes it sound like it will be a large area of land - although this is also a really generic name. I would need more information about the key amenities to try and think of my own suggestion.
Crossings is more descriptive, more applicable to the location (three highways intersecting). Lakes is 2nd because there is water. Acres doesn't fit, discard that one.
I really love Option A and that the crossings really connects to the different highways converging. Option C is catchy but it does remind me of the show Green Acres. Option B I'm not fond of because there is no mention in lakes in the description of the property only lagoons. I think of those two things as the same thing. I don't have another name option. Though you may want to throw in the term lagoons, nature or wetlands in the name to tie it into the description of the property.
Savannah Crossings is descriptive of the location, and feels luxurious. Savannah Lakes also feels elegant, but is a bit more generic. Savannah Acres evokes a dated image, and I don't really have any other suggestions.

It sounds more upscale and professional somehwere i would like to stay
Option B or D for a younger crowd, Options A and C is you want to be reminded of a summertime retirement community. I would suggest something i the middle like a specific Lake.
I think that Savannah Lakes does a great job of invoking the image of a water focused RV resort. It also sounds slightly classy or luxurious which I think would be appealing to older RVers.
"Savannah Lakes" is the best choice, given the location near wetlands and lagoons. A fairly obvious choice unless something better gets suggested.
Like the highlight on the lakes and plural helps suggest there is more than one and makes it more appealing.
Savannah Lakes gives me the impression that we are going to be surrounded by some kind of wetlands/lakes/etc. Savannah Crossings sounds resort like. Savannah Acres sounds like a farm, more than an RV park.
As a family who camps, we love to be near the water. I prefer having a reference to the Lakes in the name, which is why I chose Option B first. The "Crossings" reference in Option A makes sense because of the proximity to the intersection of highways. Lastly, I suggest "Lakes of Savannah RV Resort Community".
Option B is very easy to pronounce and spell. Option C is very easy to pronounce, acres is not a word most people will know how to spell. Option is just very difficult to pronounce. It doesn't flow. It would be easy for people to spell. I'd leave the RV out of the name completely. Your website will plainly display it's an RV park, why make the name longer than necessary. The shorter the better.
I like Savannah lakes because it sounds more like a peaceful place to be
If it is going to be surrounded by lagoons I would definitely encourage you to market it with the right language and use lakes. A and C both sounds like another RV park.
I like the name Savannah Lakes best. I like this name best because I think it speaks to what this resort’s best feature is, which is the fact that it has several bodies of water on property. It also speaks to the fact that this resort is near wetlands and nature as the name has the term lakes in it. I picked my second choice because I think it speaks to what the second best part of this RV resort is, and that is that it is close to many major highways making it easily accessible.
If you have access to lakes, say that in the name. I am a full time RVer and we love staying near water, having that in the name will help. What about Savannah Lagoons RV Resort. The Lagoons of Savannah RV Resort. Acres sounds good as does crossings, but I feel like you're missing out on pointing out the water feature.
Savannah Lakes rolls off the tongue. I had a good first impression on first seeing it & saying it. Savannah Acres didn't gives me a good first impression. Acres is too nondescript. Savannah Crossings is a bit harder to say & doesn't "roll" as well is Savannah Lakes but it doesn't offend either. As far as suggestions, maybe Savannah Pass or Savannah Point.
Lakes in the name is more descriptive and gives a sense of many lakes. The word acres makes the resort sound like it's large and sprawling. And the word crossings doesn't really make it sound like a resort at all.
"Crossings" because of the intersecting highways, "Lakes" because of the lagoons on the property and "Acres" is ok but very mundane. For #4 I coud suggest "Savannah Lagoons RV Resort"
Savannah lakes sounds very traditional and i think stands out the best. Travelers will always recognize and be on the look out for a lake.
I like Savannah Lakes best. It conveys the presence of the water and makes me think that it could be a good place to enjoy nature. Savannah Crossings has a good sound to it. It gives the sense that you may encounter a variety of people there. I'm not a big fan of Savannah Acres. It sounds like a retirement home.
I really like choice B since the name is easy to under stand, also very easy to remember. The Savannah lakes rv resort makes you think your out in nature, your going to be enjoying your time.
I think Savannah Lakes is the best sounding one because it seems most relaxing.Option C seems nice and homely like acres to park on.Savannah crossings doesnt really make sense as its an RV resort but still. Option D i recommend Savannah Slumber its kind of lame but I cant really think of anything else.
Option B sounds more interesting

I like Savannah Acres for a few reasons. First, It sounds more natural and like a preserve, ones RV enthusiasts will like. It also indicates a large space, one that RV people will like for privacy and inclusion.
Savannah Acres sounds wide open and space-y, with plenty of room for neighbors without crowing you. Savannah Crossings implies adventure, like crowwing either a river (the river in Georgia that is) or the sub sahara brush. Savannah lakes is ok but bland.
Option C sounds most appropriate for a luxury RV resort, and would make me most interested in finding out more about it. Option A is appealing, but not as much as C. Option B is just okay, not that great, but not a total turn-off either.
I found the first 2 names appealing.
I like C the nest because it reminds me of a camping resort I went to as a kid. It was really fun and the name brings up memories. Also something about the name acres brings about pictures of countries and lakes and such
5 Responses to Option D
Shadow Lagoons RV Resort- I feel like this name stands out as well as letting potential visitors know that there are lagoons on the property.
I suggest Savannah Wetlands RV Resort, I think when most people think of the wetlands they automatically associate wildlife with it, so I think a name like that could help draw in people excited to see some kind of animal local to the wetlands.
Savannah RV Resort, Lagoons RV Resort, Wild RV Resort.
I chose D first because I don't really like any of them. RV resort by a highway....I live in Florida. All I ever see are RV resorts by highways. They're only half filled down here. Having water near by doesn't save them. There's just too many. But I digress.... Option B was second because of the name implying there is a lake on the grounds. Option A was third because of the Crossing aspect of the name. It implies that there is a crossing of roads and the word crossing hasn't been used as the word intersection for a long while. This might help the older generation decide to stop over night, but the younger generation will be like, yup senior place, move on. Option C was last because there was no there choice. I do not like the word Acres when describing a place. Acres mean size of land, nothing special about the place except that there is room. What would make one person want to stay here... Not the word acre. Sorry.
I do not care for any of these names. This area surrounded by high traffic congestion and certainly not a savannah is a name that is out of place. It should be a name that suggests the local area and or its attributes. The name would really depend on the state and local that is it built in.
