# What you can check

You can check [PickFu’s status page](https://status.pickfu.com/) to see whether the PickFu app and related systems are operational or if there is an active issue affecting customers.

The status page is the best place to check for current incidents, service interruptions, and recent system history before contacting support about a possible outage.

On the status page, you can see whether PickFu systems are operating normally and review any active or recent incidents. The page may include status information for areas such as core services, developer tools, and customer resources.

# When to check the status page

Check the status page if:

-   PickFu is not loading or is unusually slow
    
-   You are having trouble launching or viewing a poll or survey
    
-   Your results page is not updating as expected
    
-   You want to confirm whether a known system issue is in progress
    

# Subscribe to updates

You can subscribe from the status page to receive updates when PickFu reports an incident or resolves an issue.
