# Can I ask respondents to try my product or service outside of PickFu?

No – you cannot ask respondents to sign up for your product or service, download your app, or make a purchase as part of your PickFu poll.

PickFu is not a platform for soliciting beta testers, paid reviewers, or new customers. We use automated and human processes to detect solicitation.

Solicitations may result in the following corrective actions:

-   Polls being stopped before completion
    
-   Account suspension
