Click the green **Share and export** button on your results page to download your results as a CSV, PDF, or PNG file, or to copy a shareable link. One row per respondent, with ranked vote columns and embedded emojis. Best for detailed analysis. **CSV (legacy)** – Previous CSV format. Available if you need the older structure for existing workflows. **PDF** – Full results in a printable document. **PNG** – Image file of your results. If a respondent selected multiple values for a demographic trait (like "Shopping at Walmart; Shopping at Target"), the CSV separates them with semicolons. # Exporting results via the PickFu MCP If you use AI assistants like Claude or Cursor with the [PickFu MCP](/help/how-to-use-the-pickfu-mcp-with-ai-assistants), you can export poll results directly from your AI tool without opening the PickFu dashboard. Once your poll is complete, ask your AI assistant something like: *"Export my results as a CSV"* or *"Download a PDF of this poll."* The MCP supports CSV, PDF, and PNG exports — the same formats available in the dashboard. This is particularly useful when you're working through results in an AI session and want to save or share data without switching tools. # Share results with a link Click **Copy shareable link** from the **Share and export** menu. Anyone with the link can view your results — no PickFu account required. You can also share **filtered views**. As you apply filters on your results page (by keyword, demographic trait, survey option, or Helpful/Not helpful), the URL in your browser updates automatically. Copy that URL to send a curated view — for example, share only the Helpful responses with your team, or only the responses from a specific demographic segment. Your survey stays private regardless of which link you share — only people you give the URL to can see the results. # Frequently asked questions ## Do exports of Click Tests include heatmaps? The PDF and PNG exports for Click Tests include heatmap visualizations. The CSV exports don't contain heatmaps or click data — only the written comments and respondent demographic data. ## What if I see "N/A" in my CSV? "N/A" means a respondent didn't provide a response for that particular question — for example, if your survey didn't include options for respondents to vote on, the "Q1 Vote" column would say "N/A". ## Can I export just the filtered results? Yes. The CSV, PDF, and PNG exports all respect the filters currently applied to your results page.
