Filter your survey results to focus on specific keywords, demographic segments, or response attributes (like Bookmarked or Helpful). As you filter, the URL updates — copy it to share a filtered view with anyone. # Open the search and filter panel On your results page, scroll to the written responses section and click **Search and filter**. A panel drops down with a search field at the top and expandable filter categories below. As you type, only responses containing that term appear. To browse by common words, expand the **Keywords** section inside the panel. It shows the most frequently used words in your responses along with their counts. Click any keyword to show only matching responses — you can select multiple at once. To remove all filters, click **Clear filters**. # Share a filtered view As you apply filters, the URL in your browser updates. Copy the entire URL — anyone you send it to will see your results page with the same filters applied. This works especially well for sharing curated views with teammates: filter to **Helpful** responses, then share the URL so they see only the comments worth reading. # Frequently asked questions ## Do my filters stay applied if I come back later? Filters are stored in the URL, not in the survey itself. If you bookmark or copy the URL with filters applied, you'll return to the same filtered view. Opening the survey from a fresh link will show the unfiltered results. ## Can I export filtered results? Yes.
