# Identify and improve stagnant sales

> Poll question ideas for diagnosing stagnant sales, low conversion, or weak click-throughs so you can learn what turns shoppers away from your listing.

We understand how frustrating and scary it can be when you have a product that isn't performing. If reviews are good, and traffic is good, but the conversion is low, you should be running tests to see what is turning potential consumers away. If reviews are bad, traffic is slow, and click-throughs are low, you should be running tests to determine why.

## Questions you could ask:

"If you were shopping on Amazon for \[insert product], which listing would you most likely choose and why?"

"What do you think we could improve about this product listing? Any features or information not clear?"

"Please share what your first impression is of this product listing. Is there anything that caught your attention in a negative way?"

"How do you think price compares on this product with others in the same category?"
