If I run a poll, will it be recognized as public disclosure?** Our position is that the poll would not constitute a public disclosure. However, PickFu cannot give legal advice, and you should seek your own legal counsel. ## **If I run a poll, is there any risk of leakage for my trademark or appearance patent?** PickFu cannot give legal advice, so we encourage you to seek your own legal counsel on this matter. ## **Do respondents see the poll results?** No. Respondents do not have access to the poll results. Additionally, all respondents on the PickFu Panel agree to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before answering your poll. They are required to *"Keep all information and assets. confidential — do NOT record, copy, save, share or discuss these materials anywhere."* ## **Who has access to view my poll results?** When you build your poll, you have the option to display your results in our [poll gallery](https://www.pickfu.com/gallery). If you choose this option, your poll may be used in PickFu marketing materials. To keep your results private, keep this option toggled off. Once your poll begins, your URL may be accessed by anyone with whom you share the link. This shared link is the only way others will see your results. Your poll will not be crawled or indexed by search engines.
