AI Insights is a concise, AI-generated overview of your survey results. It appears directly on your results page and gives you a summary, the most important callouts from your audience's feedback, and a suggested follow-up survey to run next. # Where to find it AI Insights appears on your survey results page, directly below the top section with respondent votes. It loads automatically as soon as your survey completes — there's nothing to enable or set up. Unlike a plain summary, AI Insights focuses on what you should *do* next, not just what respondents said. Recommendations might include refining your messaging, testing a different variation, or doubling down on a winning concept. # Suggested follow-up survey AI Insights also recommends a relevant follow-up survey based on your results, with a direct link to create it. For example, if you tested product image variations, the suggestion might be to test your winning image against a competitor — or to run an open-ended survey exploring why respondents preferred it. The follow-up suggestion is a starting point, not a prescription. Edit the auto-filled survey to fit your needs before publishing. # When AI Insights is most useful * **Quick scan** – when you need to brief a teammate or stakeholder in 60 seconds. * **Spotting what to read first** – the callouts point you to the most important themes, so you know which comments to dig into. * **Deciding what to test next** – the suggested follow-up gives you a concrete next step instead of starting from a blank page. # Frequently asked questions ## Is AI Insights included in my plan? Yes. AI Insights is available to all PickFu users on every results page, no subscription or add-on required. ## What's the difference between AI Insights and AI Highlights? AI Insights is a concise overview with actionable recommendations and a suggested follow-up survey, right at the top of your results page. [AI Highlights](/help/how-to-use-pickfu-s-built-in-ai-tools) is a dedicated tab with deeper thematic analysis — what respondents liked and disliked about each option, plus hypotheses for further tests. ## How accurate is AI Insights? AI Insights summarizes patterns in the actual responses on your results page.
