Neither's all that great, but "Zombie Girls" just implies overly sexualized rotting corpses, and that's not terribly fun. "Moe Moe Girls" has a much better chance of catching the eye of weeaboo nerds, even if it means nothing to the world at large. Given the choice between selling to the Cutesy Necropheliac market and the Anime Pervert market, the choice is easy. "A" gets it.
