<p>Where Option H was a winner, we hypothesize that it won because it's all-inclusive. If 10 credits are available, participants will spend all 10. If you remove spending all credits as a factor, we found that leaders want to be fully equipped to lead others and having everything they would need to lead is most desirable. Where DVDs are included in Option H, we sought to understand how heavily the DVD factored into their choice. Options F and G show that a download is preferred over a DVD even when the cost of downloading is higher than a DVD. Option B was a runner up and found success by featuring a physical workbook--a component that many participants noted as a benefit. Option A will be provided no matter what.</p>
