First after charging me for first months service they waited almost a month before beginning working on my account so I paid for nothing. The results were horrible resulting in about a 45% decrease in sales and conversions. Why they are on this page because they never did any split testing. They are absolutely the worst and very dishonest. Their contract has a clause stating you cannot publicly criticize or they will sue which is why I could not use my name and they do enforce this clause.

They destroyed my product, after their work I lost sales of a good selling item and finally Amazon closed the listing. They always tried to push me to sign a contract with them for full service. Will never do that after one worse experience with them!
