Overwatch Growth was born from the team behind Freshly, Wattpad, Dollar Shave Club, Promix, and Gary Vaynerchuk’s performance marketing agency, VaynerCommerce. After years of scaling brands and managing hundreds of millions in ad spend, we set out to build something new - a smaller, sharper unit designed for speed, accountability, and precision.

Our team combines deep experience managing both DTC and Amazon across paid media, creative, and lifecycle with the mindset of operators, not vendors. We take ownership of outcomes, apply discipline to every decision, and treat each client’s growth as our own.
