Lately with new marketing and possibly back end staff, its sad to see a sharp decline in communication, honesty and work quality. They seem to be spending more time rationalizing and pushing back than doing honest and good quality work. They have gone back on scope of work a few times, charged several thousands of dollars and delivered incomplete and below average work. AI outputs where real models work was paid for. Also enticing with freebies in return for reviews. Very disappointing,

I thought we figured everything out already, but after the first meeting with them I realized there is a lot of tools and data we don't utilize yet and there is a lot that can be improved.
