For each credit card charge, you are automatically emailed a receipt with a PDF invoice attached.
Update or add invoice details
If you’d like to add additional information to your invoices, log in to your account. Click the settings gear next to the +New poll button at the top right of the page. In the drop-down menu, select Settings.
On the next screen, you can view all your settings and make adjustments as needed. To update invoice details, click on Team details in the left-hand navigation bar, and add any email addresses or other information you would like included in the Optional billing information box.
Download invoices
To find all your invoices, navigate to the same settings page that you accessed above, then click on Invoices from the left-hand navigation bar.
From the charges tab, you can click the date box to filter the invoices you see by a specific timeframe and/or by team members.
Once you see the invoices you need, click on the download PDF button to the right of each line item. You can also export the details onto a CSV by clicking the button at the top right of the invoices box. This export file can be opened in any spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
