We do not offer refunds on tests that have been completed. If you are looking for a refund for a completed poll or survey, please first refer to our poll quality article. If you still have questions or want to discuss an issue, you can reach out to our success team via chat for support.
If you stopped your test early, the uncollected or missing responses will automatically be added back to your account as credits to use towards a future test. For example, if you paid $50 for 50 responses and stop it early after collecting 25 responses, your account will automatically get $25 back.
Please note: if you used a coupon on your test and it was stopped early, the amount credited to your account will be the discounted rate per response you paid, not the retail amount.
If you have enrolled in a subscription plan and decide you no longer want to be enrolled, you can go into your account settings anytime to cancel:
To receive a subscription fee refund, you must contact us within seven (7) business days of your subscription renewal. Once processed, we will refund the last month of your subscription, in a prorated amount, minus any credits used for tests.
