Upload video or audio files directly in the survey builder by clicking the upload icon or dragging files into any option slot. PickFu supports most common video and audio formats up to 500 MB per file.
How to upload video and audio
Adding video or audio to your poll works the same way as adding images. In the survey builder, click the upload icon in any option slot or drag and drop your file directly. PickFu auto-detects the media type and calculates the duration.
Audio files work identically — upload them the same way and respondents will see an audio player.

Video duration and pricing
Each question includes 30 seconds of video in the standard polling price. That time is shared across all options within the question. If your total video length exceeds the included amount, additional per-response fees apply.
Here's how much video time is included per question:
1–2 options: 30 seconds
3 options: 45 seconds
4 options: 60 seconds
Each additional option adds 15 seconds
For example, if you're comparing two 30-second videos in a Head-to-Head poll, your total is 60 seconds — double the included 30 seconds. The pricing adjusts accordingly.
Videos uploaded as context also count toward your total video time and do not add extra included time.

Tips for video and audio tests
Keep clips short. Aim for under 30 seconds per option to stay within the included video time and minimize extra costs. Short clips also tend to hold respondent attention better.
Keep option durations similar. For comparison polls, use clips of roughly the same length so respondents spend equal time with each option.
Export before uploading. Make sure your video is fully rendered and exported in a standard format before uploading. Partially rendered or corrupted files may not play correctly.
FAQs
Can I test audio-only content?
Yes. Upload audio files the same way you upload video. Respondents will see an audio player and can listen before answering.
What happens if my videos exceed the included duration?
Additional per-response fees apply based on how much you exceed the included time. The survey builder shows you the pricing impact as you add videos. For details, see How does video pricing work?
Is there a maximum video length?
There's no hard cap on duration, but longer videos increase cost per response and may reduce response quality since respondents spend more time watching before answering. Shorter clips typically produce more focused feedback.
