Overview
When you create a PickFu account or request a password reset, you'll receive a confirmation email. This article explains how to request these emails and what to do if you don't receive them.
Resending your confirmation email
If you recently created a PickFu account but didn't receive the confirmation email:
Go to the confirmation email request page.
Enter your email address and click the button to resend the confirmation email.
Check your inbox for the new confirmation email.
Click the confirmation link in the email to activate your account.
Resending your password reset email
If you forgot your password and need to reset it:
Go to the password reset page.
Enter your email address and click Send me reset password instructions.
Check your inbox for the password reset email.
Click the reset link in the email to create a new password.
Password reset emails are sent immediately. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Troubleshooting
I'm not receiving the email
If you don't receive your confirmation or password reset email:
Check your spam or junk folder — Automated emails from PickFu sometimes get caught by spam filters.
Search your inbox for "PickFu" — The email may have been filtered into a different folder.
Wait 24 hours before requesting another email — Email delivery can occasionally be delayed.
Verify you entered the correct email address — Double-check for typos when requesting the resend.
If you still don't receive an email after 24 hours, you may have entered an incorrect email address during registration. Contact our team at info@pickfu.com to update your email address, or create a new account with the correct email.
The password reset page loops back to the homepage
Some users experience an issue where clicking Send me reset password instructions redirects them back to the homepage instead of sending the email.
If this happens:
Try a different browser — This issue is sometimes browser-specific. Switch to Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
Clear your browser cache and cookies — Cached data can interfere with the password reset process.
Disable browser extensions — Ad blockers or privacy extensions may block the reset request.
Try an incognito or private browsing window — This helps rule out browser extension or cache issues.
If none of these solutions work, contact our support team at info@pickfu.com with your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link directly.
