Paying for a single test (poll or survey)
Although you can use WeChat Pay for a single test, please note:
WeChat Pay has a daily transaction limit of $500 USD
If your test exceeds $500, WeChat Pay may not process the full amount in one transaction
What if your test is more than $500? You have two options:
Use prepaid credits
Use Alipay, which does not have the same $500 limitation
Purchasing prepaid credits
At this time, WeChat Pay for bulk credit purchases must be done manually and not directly on the platform. If you would like to purchase credits, but prefer to pay with WeChat, please note:
The $500 limit still applies, but you can purchase in several transactions to build up your "credit bank" to cover the cost of tests. Alternatively, you can use a different payment method to buy bulk credit on the site here (scroll down the page) or from your settings page. Alipay is recommended for higher payment amounts, which is also a manual process and you can follow the steps below for that as well.
