How do I archive a survey?

After running polls and analyzing the results, you can archive polls when you no longer need quick access to them.

Archiving a survey hides it from your main account view, keeping your dashboard focused on active and recent work. Archived surveys aren't deleted — you can unarchive them anytime.

How to archive a survey

On your dashboard, find the survey you want to archive. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the survey card, then click Archive.

From the archived view, you can unarchive a survey to return it to your main dashboard, or open and review its results normally.

When to archive

Archive a survey when you're done acting on its results but might want to refer back to it later. Common reasons:

  • The decision is made and you've moved on

  • You want to declutter your dashboard without losing the data

  • You're keeping the survey as a record but don't need it visible day-to-day

Frequently asked questions
