AI Highlights is a dedicated tab on your survey results page that provides in-depth analysis of respondent feedback. It includes two sections: AI Analysis (a comprehensive summary of patterns and trends) and AI Themes (an organized breakdown of what respondents liked and disliked about each option).
Where to find it
Open your survey results page and click the AI Highlights tab. The tab is available once your survey has completed.
AI Analysis
AI Analysis is a comprehensive summary of patterns and trends across your survey results. It goes beyond a recap of vote counts to explain why the winning option won, where the response was split, and what hypotheses might be worth testing next.
Use AI Analysis when you want a thorough overview without reading every individual response. It's especially useful for surveys with large sample sizes where reading every comment isn't practical.
AI Themes
AI Themes organizes feedback by topic. For each option you tested, it surfaces the core likes and dislikes that came up across responses — for example, "respondents liked the bold typography on Option A" or "the price was a recurring concern with Option C."
AI Themes is the fastest way to understand the qualitative side of your results. If you're trying to decide what to change before retesting, this is usually where to start.
When AI Highlights is most useful
Large sample sizes – reading 100+ written responses takes hours; AI Highlights gets you the patterns in minutes.
Multi-option surveys – AI Themes breaks down feedback per option, so you can compare what worked and didn't across all the variants you tested.
Frequent testers – teams that run multiple surveys per week save significant time on interpretation.
Newer users – AI Highlights surfaces qualitative patterns that experienced researchers might catch by skimming, but newer users would miss.

Is AI Highlights included in my plan?
AI Highlights is included with PickFu+ subscriptions and is also available as a paid add-on to individual surveys at checkout.
What's the difference between AI Highlights and AI Insights?
AI Insights gives you a concise overview, key callouts, and a suggested follow-up survey — right at the top of every results page, available to all users. AI Highlights goes deeper, with comprehensive analysis (AI Analysis) and per-option likes/dislikes (AI Themes), and is available with PickFu+ or as an add-on. The two complement each other: use AI Insights for the top-line takeaway, AI Highlights when you need to dig in.
Is my survey data shared outside of PickFu when AI Highlights runs?
AI Highlights output is private to your account and the PickFu team members who support you. The analysis is not publicly indexed or shared.
