Where to find it
AI Insights appears on your survey results page, directly below the top section with respondent votes. It loads automatically as soon as your survey completes — there's nothing to enable or set up.
What's inside
AI Insights has two parts:
Brief overview – a short summary of what your results show.
Key callouts – three or more specific insights drawn from the data: notable patterns, segment-level differences, or actionable recommendations.
Unlike a plain summary, AI Insights focuses on what you should do next, not just what respondents said. Recommendations might include refining your messaging, testing a different variation, or doubling down on a winning concept.
Suggested follow-up survey
AI Insights also recommends a relevant follow-up survey based on your results, with a direct link to create it. For example, if you tested product image variations, the suggestion might be to test your winning image against a competitor — or to run an open-ended survey exploring why respondents preferred it.
The follow-up suggestion is a starting point, not a prescription. Edit the auto-filled survey to fit your needs before publishing.
