Many of our customers use the pay-as-you-go option to purchase tests as needed with a credit card. You can add cards to your account and use the one you want each time you build and launch a poll. We process all card transactions through Stripe (read more about secured payments here).

For users who plan to run multiple polls per month and are looking for additional discounts or to reduce credit card transactions, you can load bulk credits to your account in different tiers that will be used to cover the cost of your tests. We also offer WeChat pay for those of our customers who prefer to process payments through the app (see more details here).

To our qualified, enterprise clients we also offer the ability to accept PO's and submit invoices to be paid through a direct bank or wire transfer. In some instances, we also allow invoices to be paid with crypto or a credit card; additional fees may be incurred.
