Use the Preview button in the survey builder to see exactly what respondents will see before you launch. You'll need to fill in your question and at least one option first.
How to preview your poll
There are a few ways to preview your poll while building it:
Quick preview: In the Questions section of the survey builder, look for the Preview option next to the options menu. Click it to see the respondent view of your poll. You'll need to fill in your question and options first.
Full preview (Preview and pay): In the poll overview sidebar on the right side of the survey builder — or at the bottom of the page — click "Preview and pay." This shows a complete preview of your full poll setup and how it will appear to respondents, before you move on to checkout.
Previewing is a good step for catching last-minute errors or formatting issues before launch.
What respondents see
When taking your poll, respondents see your question, context (if any), your options displayed in randomized order, a feedback area where they type their response, and then demographic confirmation questions (if applicable).
What respondents don't see
Your identity — they have no idea who created the poll.
Other respondents' answers — each person responds independently, so there's no bias from seeing others' feedback.
The final results.
Once they submit, they can't go back or change their answer.
FAQs
Does previewing cost anything?
No. Previewing is free and doesn't launch your poll or use any credits.
Can I share the preview with my team?
There's no direct "share preview" link. However, your team members can log in to PickFu, open the draft from the dashboard, and preview it themselves.
