I think "let's split up" is a lot more creative and really pulls you into the idea. The other one is too "on the nose".

I selected Choice A because the title seems more applicable for a video game. Choice B's title seems like it could be interpreted as a movie or a series of movies at first glance. Choice A's title gives more of an impression of gaming action. The "Splitting UP" text gives me the impression of action and gaming in a horror setting.

Movie Murder Mayhem lets me know what's going to happen and I can prepare my expectations accordingly. These feel like two completely different games, other than someone is trying to kill people in both of them.
