How to connect Zapier

Linking your PickFu and Zapier accounts is as easy as three steps.

Sign up for PickFu

Create a free PickFu account to start running surveys, or log in to your existing PickFu account.

Authorize with Zapier

Connect your accounts with two clicks on the integrations settings page. Make sure your account has prepaid credit if you want to use the survey creation action.

Create your first Zap

What is Zapier?

Zapier is a tool to build automated workflows between different tools. It allows you to send information between apps and create actions which trigger other actions, all automatically based on your defined rules. It is free to start using.

How do I connect my PickFu and Zapier accounts?

There are two ways to link your accounts. The easiest is to do so from your PickFu settings:

Sign up or log in to PickFu
In the top nav bar, click to "Settings"
In the left menu, click "Integrations"
Locate Zapier and click the "Connect" button
Log in to Zapier
Click "Authorize"

You can also connect your accounts from Zapier:

Sign up or log in to Zapier
In the left menu, select "Apps"
Click "Add connection"
Search for "PickFu" and select from the list
Log in to PickFu
Click "Authorize"

What can Zapier access from my account?

In order to support a wide range of workflows, Zapier be able to perform the following actions (no action will be performed without your permission):

View your existing surveys and results
Create surveys on your behalf using prepaid credit
Send information about your surveys to other Zapier integrations

Zapier will not be able to perform the following:

View or edit payment info
Delete surveys
Add or remove team members
Change your email or password

Do I have to pay to use the Zapier integration?

No. It is free to link your PickFu and Zapier accounts. Some extra Zapier features may require a subscription.

Can I unlink my Zapier account?

Yes. You can remove the Zapier connections at any time from the integrations settings page.
