Blake's makes allergen-free snacks for schools and home, founded by a parent with a nut allergy who wanted inclusive snacking options. The brand had been running Amazon in-house — ads, content, everything — and had taken it as far as a 4-person team reasonably could. They were breaking even, not growing.
Mindful Goods, an Amazon-focused creative agency, rebuilt Blake's main images, A+ content, and secondary images end to end, testing each new direction with PickFu before anything shipped. Thirty days after launch, compared to a 3-month baseline:

Blake's team could feel something wasn't working — content built by a rotating cast of contractors never quite added up to a cohesive story — but they kept second-guessing their ad spend instead of their creative. That's a common trap for CPG brands on Amazon: margins are thin enough that any misstep in listing performance gets treated as a demand problem, not a creative one.
What they needed wasn't more testing budget. It was a way to know, before a redesign went live, whether it would actually convert better than what was already up.
Mindful Goods runs every client through a four-step process: audit the data, brief the creative, design and test, validate with live results. PickFu sits at step three.
For Blake's, that meant:
Because the rebrand was total — not an incremental tweak — Mindful Goods skipped Amazon's own split-testing tool and instead uploaded the winning designs manually, tracking each ASIN against a 30-day post-launch window.

The combination of Mindful Goods' creative overhaul and PickFu-validated testing showed up clearly in the numbers — both on Blake's top-performing listing and across the catalog as a whole.
On the top performer: +78.69% sessions and +57.89% orders.
Across the catalog: 7 of 8 ASINs saw click-through rate improve, with the best gaining 59.2%, and organic keyword rankings moved up across the board. The bigger shift: Blake's moved from break-even to profitable, and kept growing even as they reduced ad spend — notable in a category where margins rarely leave room for error.
