I like when they have training where you get to learn from someone and watch video and have hands on training.

A brief video would be a great intro. It should be brief, as in just 2-3 minutes and give me overviews of the features. Ideally, it would include links or documents that could supplement the information from the video where I could learn more about the key features that I'm most interested in.

I like to watch videos as it gives me a better visual guide than reading and seems faster than reading it for myself. I can also rewind, save to playlist and look up more videos to help me. I can skip forward and look at comments that may help extra.

I prefer to do a combination of things, but I would find a video quicker and more informative right away.

I prefer to read an article so I can revisit the information easily, scan the text, and research more on my own. I do not like spending time watching videos when I can read an article faster. A webinar feels like it would be too salesy, and biased toward the product.
