Meet customers where they already work (Accio × PickFu)

PickFu is now integrated into Accio, Alibaba’s focused AI client for ecommerce brands and sellers. Here’s why we’re meeting customers where they already work, and how the Product Test Designer expert agent helps you decide whether to test, set up the poll, and keep moving without leaving the client.

The problem

Most tools still assume you’ll leave whatever you’re doing and finish the job on their website. That was fine when every product lived in its own tab. It’s a worse fit when the real work is already happening inside an AI client that has context on the listing, the creative, and the next decision.

Meet people where they work

Our bet is simple: PickFu should meet you where you already work. If you’re building or selling in Claude, ChatGPT, Slack, or a vertical agent product, the research step should live there too — create the test, hear from real people, decide — without bouncing out to pickfu.com for the scarce click.

Why Accio

That’s why I’m excited we had the opportunity to integrate into Accio — to help ecommerce brands and sellers stay in the client where the listing and creative work already lives. Accio is Alibaba’s focused AI client for that audience: a strong harness for day-to-day listing and creative, plus a place to build expert agents that feel purpose-built instead of generic. Asking them to leave Accio just to run a consumer test is friction we can remove.

Product Test Designer

On top of that harness I built an Accio expert agent called Product Test Designer. It encapsulates years of PickFu practice — when a test is worth running, how to frame the question, who should answer, and how to read the “why” — so you don’t burn credits on a fuzzy poll or skip the decision that actually needs strangers. With PickFu connected inside Accio Work, that agent can help you decide whether to test, set the poll up right, and keep moving without leaving the client.

AI can generate options forever. You’re still selling to humans, so validation belongs next to the work, not in a separate ritual.

Try it

This isn’t “Accio is the only way.” It’s the pattern: focused clients with a real harness are where sellers will live, and PickFu should be available in those contexts the same way it’s available over MCP elsewhere. Accio is one place that pattern is already live — and Product Test Designer is what packing years of test design into that seat looks like.
