Option A is my answer, because in many cases the only way to sign up for some things is to use facebook, plus it's easy to do, so why not?

Normally it's easier because all your information is already there and it is one less password for me to remember.

Some services that I want to join force you to use your Facebook/Twitter. If you don't, you can't use their product, site, etc. Most of the time you have to.
