How do Own Audience surveys work?
Own Audience surveys generate a shareable link that you send to your existing customers, subscribers, or followers. They click the link, answer your survey, and you collect their responses — all inside PickFu. You can use any question type with Own Audience, and the feature is free for all PickFu users.
How is an Own Audience survey different from a standard PickFu survey?
Standard PickFu surveys use the built-in PickFu panel of vetted respondents. Own Audience surveys let you collect responses from people you already know — your customers, email list, or social following. You share a link directly with your audience instead of tapping into the PickFu panel.
Can I collect email addresses and demographic data from respondents?
Yes — both are optional features you can enable when building your survey. Enabling email collection asks respondents to share their email after answering, so you can follow up directly. Enabling demographic data adds a short survey after the survey, with age and gender included by default. You can add additional demographic questions in the survey builder.
