The title is more catchy and makes you want to pick it up to read to see what it is about
Amazing heights is the more appropriate title for the book. It is catchy and is not pretentious. The subtitle is also very clear about the intent of the book (self-improvement for short men) . Option B is ok, but the "Stand Tall, Standout" is less attractive as a title .
It sounds less childish.
