Several statements, one scale, side-by-side results

Instead of a separate question for every idea, a Likert Scale question groups 2 to 8 related statements and asks respondents to rate each independently. Choose a 5-point or 7-point agreement scale, a frequency scale (never to always), or a satisfaction scale. Results show the mean rating for each statement and a response distribution chart, so you can see at a glance which statements your audience rates consistently high – and which split the room. Every respondent also leaves a comment explaining their ratings.

Frequently asked questions

How many statements can a Likert Scale question include?

You can include 2 to 8 statements in a single Likert Scale question. Every statement uses the scale you chose for that question, and respondents rate each statement independently before leaving a comment.

Which rating scales are available?

Four: a 5-point agreement scale (Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree), a 7-point agreement scale, a frequency scale (Never to Always), and a satisfaction scale (Very Dissatisfied to Very Satisfied). Use agreement for opinions and claims, frequency for behaviors, and satisfaction for experiences.

Can Likert Scale statements include images?

Statements are text only. To show respondents an image or video, add it as context to the question so everyone sees it before rating the statements.
