Types of investment accounts audience targeting

This is a 2 option poll with 100 respondents targeting Age range (35 44, 45 54, 65+, 55 64), Primary source of investment advice (Robo Advisor, Human Advisor), and Types of investment accounts (Simple Ira, Roth 401(K), 401(K), Traditional Brokerage Account, Roth Ira, Ira (Traditional)). A sample of responses:

• I think the third party account may find things that I missed or overlooked.
• would depend entirely on the third party and their investment experience
• I assume that everyone is operating above board.
• My investment portfolio had a very bad year last year, I am not making progress on my goal, and the firm's fees are higher than what I should be paying, so I have to respond with B. The risk and some benchmarks are acceptable and it is hard to feel good about making an investment choice in the current environment so I can imagine a third-party responding either way, but on balance I should have done better.
• The investment firm has direct access - they are the invest part of investment. Third parties are winging it on a song and hoping their magical algorithms and guess work works.

This is a 0 option poll with 30 respondents targeting Types of investment accounts (Traditional Brokerage Account) and Age range (25 34, 18 24). A sample of responses:

• i have a young, growing family - managing a property is way too much work with not enough liquidity (compared to stocks)
• Dealing with tenants and contractors is not something I want to deal with. I would rather just invest and get a return, even if it is a bit smaller than the return I would get if I managed the property myself.
• I think full ownership can be very risky, you take on a lot of responsibility.
• I would want to own so I would be in full control. I would want to make more money and I would just like to be in full control of my real estate investments.
• Fractional ownership is like a REIT, right? I'm putting my money into a big pool with other investors. I already do that, I guess that would be my preference. Beyond that, yeah, I want the ownership if that's what I'm going to be paid for. C, halfway between, doesn't really appeal to me on that basis.
