This critical process involves enhancing all elements of a listing that a potential consumer could interact with in order to improve visibility, attractiveness, competitive advantage and maximize sales opportunity. You should do this when preparing for a launch so you start off with the best chance for success, but many of our customers also use PickFu post-launch to remedy stagnant sales, reduce return rates, improve brand image, compete against new competitors in the space, or to keep up with the change of trends. All the top commerce platforms suggest testing and confirming at least every 6mo to stay ahead. The workflow is the same for both pre and post-launch: 1. Establish baseline: Collect data by building a competitive landscape, identifying areas of improvement and confirm what resonates with your target audience 2. Analyze: Review the feedback and create a strategy for what you’re willing or able to change, which will dictate your creative direction and next steps 3. Iterate: Modify by applying the changes highlighted in the feedback 4. Confirm: Once you have a winning version that competes well, has a high win margin and/or yields a statistical significance badge it’s time to apply it live

“Do you feel the description and bullet points in this listing provide enough details?” “Do the images and video in the listing highlight the product fully? Is there anything else you’d like to see visually shown?” “Would you prefer to pay a slightly higher price for a product that is higher quality or save money for a product that is good enough for what you need?”
