Get the big picture fast
- Read AI Insights – a brief overview, plus key trends and actionable recommendations from your results, right at the top of the page. Available on every results page.
- Open the AI Highlights tab – deeper analysis with AI Analysis (summary of patterns and themes) and AI Themes (what respondents liked and disliked about each option). Available to all PickFu users.
- Ask the PickFu AI chatbot – open the chatbot in the sidebar and ask context-aware questions like “What did respondents like most about Option A?” or “What should I test next?”
Dig into specific responses
- Filter your results by keyword, demographic trait, survey option, or response attribute to focus on a specific segment of feedback.
- Rate responses Helpful or Not helpful as you read through them. Filter to Helpful-only for the most useful comments.
- Pin standout responses to a filterable view you can share via URL.
- Ask follow-up questions to specific respondents when you want clarification.
Interpret the results
- Tips for interpreting and analyzing results – best practices for getting the most out of your data.
- How are PickFu scores calculated? – understand exactly what the percentages mean for each survey type.
- How do I interpret tied results? – when the results are close or split.
Act on your results
- Add more respondents if you want a larger sample size or your results are close.
- Export or share your results as CSV, PDF, PNG, or a shareable link.
- Archive the survey when you’re done acting on it.
