You can permanently delete your PickFu account from Account Settings. Deletion is self-service, takes effect immediately, and cannot be undone.

Delete your account

  1. Sign in to PickFu, click on your profile at the bottom of the sidebar, and select Settings from the menu.
  2. Open the Account details page from the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Scroll to Delete account and click Delete my account.
  4. In the confirmation dialog, type your account email address to confirm.
  5. Click Delete my account to submit.
Once you confirm, PickFu cancels your personal subscriptions, removes or scrubs your personal data, signs you out on every device, and revokes every credential tied to your account. You cannot reverse the operation, and unused personal credits are lost.

When deletion is blocked

PickFu will not delete your account and will show an error in the dialog if:
  • You are the sole owner of a team. Add another owner to any team you own and try again.
  • You have in-progress surveys. Wait for those surveys to complete, then try again.
  • You are logged in via account management. Managed accounts cannot be deleted through impersonation, the original account must log in to delete it.
Closing the dialog or entering a different email address cancels the request without any changes to your account.

What happens to your data

Removed or anonymized:
  • Your personal surveys, drafts, surveys, follow-ups, projects, tags, templates, and AI conversations.
  • Amazon Seller Central connections and other personal integrations.
  • Personal billing details and personal subscriptions (canceled at the time of deletion).
  • Your profile identity across PickFu’s sign-in providers, including WorkOS.
Kept with your team:
  • Surveys, follow-ups, projects, templates, tags, and prepaid credits that belong to a shared team stay with the remaining owners. Only your personal, individually owned data is removed/anonymized.

What stops working immediately

The moment deletion completes, every credential and session tied to your account stops working across every device:
  • Web sessions and single sign-on sessions (including WorkOS).
  • API keys created in Account Settings.
  • Legacy and public API tokens.
  • MCP credentials used with AI assistants.
Any script, integration, or AI assistant using one of these credentials will start receiving authentication errors. Rotate those credentials to a different account before you delete if you need them to keep working.
