Quick answer

To invite other people into to your PickFu account, open your account menu (your name) at the bottom of the left sidebar and choose Invite coworkers. Enter your coworkers’ email addresses and click Send invites, or click Copy invite link to share a unique join link. You can also open the Team tab in the right-hand panel and click Invite to reach the same dialog. If you’re on the PickFu+ Lite trial, every teammate you invite gets their own free daily mini-poll for the duration of the trial.

How to invite team members

  1. Open your account menu (your name) at the bottom of the left sidebar and choose Invite coworkers
  2. To email the invitation, enter your coworkers’ email addresses under Invite by email and click Send invites
  3. To share a link instead, click Copy invite link and send the unique link to your team — feel free to test it yourself first, since clicking it shows exactly what your coworkers will see
You can also reach the same dialog from the Team tab in the right-hand panel — click Invite. When your coworker clicks the link, they’ll be prompted to create a PickFu account or log in if they already have one. Once they complete this step, they’ll automatically be added to your team.

Team member roles and permissions

After someone joins your team, you can assign them one of these roles:
  • Owner – Full access, including transferring ownership and migrating surveys
  • Administrator – Can modify settings, billing, and user permissions
  • Creator – Can create and launch surveys, but cannot access team settings
  • Viewer – Can view and share surveys, but not create new ones

How many team members can I invite?

All plans include unlimited team members for your organization. Pay-as-you-go teams can assign the Owner and Administrator roles. Subscribing to PickFu+ unlocks the Creator and Viewer roles for finer-grained permissions. See Team seats and shared access for what each role can do and what happens if a team downgrades. If a team member joins but doesn’t see team content or features, contact our support team to get the issue resolved.

Can I remove team members later?

Yes. Open Settings from the account menu, choose Members in the settings sidebar, and click Remove next to the person’s name.
