Archiving a survey hides it from your main survey list, keeping My surveys focused on active and recent work. Archived surveys aren’t deleted — you can unarchive them anytime.

How to archive a survey

Open My surveys from the left sidebar and find the survey you want to archive. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the survey card, then click Archive survey.

View and unarchive surveys

To see your archived surveys, open My surveys and select Archived under the Status filter. From the archived view, click the survey’s three-dot menu and choose Unarchive survey to return it to your main list, or open the survey to review its results normally.

When to archive

Archive a survey when you’re done acting on its results but might want to refer back to it later. Common reasons:
  • The decision is made and you’ve moved on
  • You want to declutter your survey list without losing the data
  • You’re keeping the survey as a record but don’t need it visible day-to-day
