How are some of the items free? Can I list cheap art supplies? What kind of protections do I have as a customer and as a seller?
How much are the sellers vetted to make sure that no funny business is going on. Are there any protections for buyers? What are the overall return policies and the standards of selling?
Is there is fee you need to pay to sell on this platform? Is there an app? How secure is it?
What is the cost to the seller for posting items?
I really like this, this site would have come in handy during the pandemic, when people could clean out their art supplies, and gather new stuff.
what are the protections in place for buyers since these are products that come from private sellers?
This looks interesting for people who are in to art and especially those on a budget. I like the colors used on the website. This seems like a great idea and the fact that it's specifically art supplies would help people not get lost on sites like ebay, amazon, or similar. A few questions I would have is how easy is it to use, what are the fees, how much can you make, etc.
I want to know how safe the website is to use. I want to know what the average quality of the stuff on the site is.
How do the sales actually take place? Are the items shipped or are they sold in person? Is there a fee to list items? Does the site get a percentage of the sale?
I think it's an interesting website for sure. The only questions I might have are is there some sort of guarantee that I'll get the product and are there seller ratings? Also, what type of payments. I think maybe a beginner guide for new buyers would be good since some of the areas I mentioned I thought were too vague just by looking at the website.
I actually love this! How does it work though? Do I send the supplies to you and you send out or do I send out when there's a buyer for my items? I like seeing there's free items, also. How does that work? Does the buyer pay shipping? I figure they would, as it's free. Can you get more than one free item? I love the idea up recycling art supplies and giving another life to art supplies. How do you know they're clean? I worry a tad-bit about the cleanliness and sanitary of it all. Can anyone be a buyer and anyone be a seller?
I see that it is a marketplace for art supplies (which is a good idea). I guess my questions would be answered just by logging in and seeing the site and exploring it a bit. Questions would be things like can you buy and sell or just sell, how are prices set, direct shipping, things like that. I believe this would all be answered by logging in.
I think it seems like a unique concept and interesting idea for a website. A few questions I thought of:When someone has an item listed as free, who or how is the shipping paid for? Where is Artdillo, making their money, and are those fees on the seller or on the customer?Since customers can meet up in person, how will or what will Artdillo do to either protect those customers or relieve themselves of liability if something goes wrong between those two customers
I would wonder if there is a specific area that this service is restricted to. Like is this service only in major metro areas (NYC, LA, Chicago)? Or available across the USA?
I would wonder if there were many local people near me that would make this useful to me, but I don't have any questions about the site or how the service works.
It seems as though you email the seller directly? That's not totally clear. And also how do you learn how much shipping is? This is a cool idea!
Is there a fee to sell items? How easy is it to list/buy products?
I would only be curious about how I am matched with the seller after I want to buy, i.e. post-purchase communication. How would everything be secured for me?
I want to know what cut the product/service is going to take for any sales.
I would like to know about the quality of the products that they are selling. What would I do if the products weren't in the condition as stated?
Is Artdillo a place for artists to buy and sell supplies? That's how it sounds, but I only saw one seller selling supplies. Of course I didn't click on every listing. What kind of quality control is there to ensure that the supplies purchased are in decent enough shape?
I would want to know how much of a cut the website takes per purchase/upcycle, how their lists are being protected from cyber attacks, what they do about scam artists using their site, etc.
I do not get why the top of the screen is so big. What are the costs? Is there a FAQ page? How much as a cut does artdill do? What is the walking man vs the truck? How are sellers held accountable? What is allowed to be sold? What is considered upcycled?
How do you go about selling? How much does shipping products cost?
Prices look to be extremely cheap for something that's usually priced quite high, specifically art supplies. I was wondering if there was a catch somewhere or high fees, if not how does artdillo make money/profit at all? Another question is if they take requests from consumers to add things to their catalog, I'm sure there are some supplies that are not listed that people may want at these cheaper prices.
I want to know how legit this is. If people who have used this service are happy. How bad of condition could these be?
It looks great and the questions I would have is how much does it cost to be a member to be able to sell your stuff on there and are the sellers vetted in anyway..or purchases guaranteed that they will be received
The site looks pretty straightforward, the only question I would possibly have is whether or not all the sellers are independent
I am all about this service! What a great resource to get unused art supplies to new homes!! I love this.
Id like to know if they have some kind of loyalty progra, like amazon prime, and what it entails to sell on this site.
Nice looking website, my question is that the brushes have no price or the small easel. I would question the pricing other than that it seems very comprehensive.
I want to know if there are any selling fees and also if there is buyer protection.
One of the first questions I have would be what cut does artdillo take (if any) and what payment services do they accept? It's not really clear on a product page whether it accepts paypal/amazon pay/google pay/etc. What protections, as both a buyer and seller, do they provide? Are there any "verified" sellers? Aka, sellers that is slightly more verified than a random person selling so I know it's more legit as a buyer? I see that when I visit a product, the sellers email is provided. Does this mean if I sell, my email will be exposed to the public?
Is there a fee for listing products on the website? The website looks very generic and in the beginning stages of design. For something that deals with art I would expect it to be more of a standout website. The website is dull and lacks in keeping my interest.
I would like to know the fee for listing and selling. Does the company get a percentage of sales from each buy and sell. Does the company charge a monthly fee to use each month. Does the company have a wide enough reach to have many consumers use the site and app. Do sells support any green backing or donations per sell.Does the company also support or will expand to selling hand drawn artwork.
What is the form of payment? Is the site secure?
what does the company make off each person who is selling the products and how are some of the products free? also are there guidelines for what can be sold and what cant be sold as far as how much is used from each thing?
Questions I would have? Will items come directly from seller. Are there any returns? How is much is shipping? Are there requirements for items you sell how do you keep control of quality? Are there any supplies you do not buy?
How much is shipping for the items? Is it something that is negotiated, or is it set by the site? I could see someone overcharging on shipping to try to make a little more money, and would like to see some kind of guideline in place to help protect people who are trying to be conservative with their resources.
would not let me sign in, why?
I like this website because we can reuse most of the art products, instead of just tossing into trash
Would there be a way to narrow results so that I only see pick-up options that are local to me? What are the payment methods?
I would want to know about insurance if the products aren't as good as the seller claims than to be, is there a return policy, etc? I'd also be curious to know how many sellers the site marketplace has.
I would like to know how much it costs to list items and if the site takes a percentage of sales. A FAQ would be nice to have.
I don't have any questions. I wish I had this site during art school, and after when I donated so many supplies.
what percentage do you take out of the sale? do we pay our own shipping or is it included? is there a membership fee?
I like how straightforward and appealing the visuals of the landing page are. It seems like it's easy to navigate and the prices seem on point. It's really making me want to go out and buy a $3 pad of art paper. I like the screen lined effect that the design seems to be going for as well as the simple point-and-click interface design. The only real complaint I can have with it is the quality of the images. They seem like they were ripped from a secondary site and populating the website, rather than done specifically for this website. I'm actually a proponent of unique water marks in the image for no other reason than as a visual trick to get the customer to believe that someone personally made the images. While this might take away from some of the professionalism it would add to the effect of individualized service. Like as in we might not be Amazon but we are professional and we work with you on a personal level.
I like it, is it a legitimate company? I like the selling of unused items. I personally would not buy used items, even if only slightly. Those ciuld be donated to a school or nursing home. It's a good ideaa for recycling.
I would want to know what the benefits were to creating an account. I'd want to know how this service works (is there a FAQ?) and be assured that I would either be satisfied with what I ordered or get a refund if not. If I was more into art, I'd want to know how to list items on there.
No questions! It’s like a thread up but for art! I kind of like that concept because I buy a fair amount of art supplies and don’t always want to buy them at a high cost. I guess I do have one question that I don’t see answered on the main page— what’s the return policy if items aren’t as described??
