By using a different font on the word Salon, the play of words on Accents is more apparent, while breaking up the logo in a better way.

Both images actually look identical. The only difference is the font for the word salon. To me it looks better for all the letters to be similar in font,.
I prefer logo design B because the larger, serifed font is easier to read. The sleeker choice of text also puts images into my mind of sleek, beautiful things, which is definitely an image a company called "SalonAccents" would want to project. Option A's more casual font reminds me of cheap/mall salons, which is probably not the association this company desires.
In option B the scissors "A" was a little bigger than the rest of the letters / word but still all in the same font - I think this really made them jump off the screen and made for logo that is fun and memorable!
