After reviewing this website, what questions do you have about our headbands.
50 Responses
Are these safe to wash with regular laundry? What cycle should I use?
I wish it said on the front page how much money goes to the people of nepal that make these headbands. I want more transparency.
How long do they last? How much profit do you get from each headband? Are these all of the designs available or are they constantly changing?
Why are the headbands only in a single color? It would be nice if you could mix the colors.
No questions. This is a great website!
I would want to know if the materials for these head band products are made entirely in Nepal and Kathmandu or not. I would also want to know how the women of Nepal and Kathmandu are paid for their services in making these head bands. I would also want to know if these head bands come in any colors other than black and gray and white.
I think starting off with a little more explanation instead of showing pics and small snipers of info to click on would make it for easier reading and understanding. Maybe put the mission statement at or near the top.
I'm curious about the story behind the company and how it gives back.
I want to know how much the headbands cost.
As I browsed the front page, my first question was "what headbands." There were no pictures, only charities etc. it didn't instill confidence in the product. It says handmade, but images are of hand-spun wool. The headband does not look like it uses handspun wool and it doesn't look particularly handmade. I would include videos of the creation process.
The threading of the headbands has color to it; is the dye safe to have? How do I take care of it? How do I was it properly? Does it fit any size of head like children/babies?
How do I wash them?
How much of the proceeds actually benefit charity, specifically children who live in Nepal? I would also like to know if donations made to the group are tax deductible.
None you have a fantastic product and a great website. I would recommend putting some products on rhe front page as well to compliment the vision and partnerships.
Exactly what percent of the money from products sold goes back to the people who produce them? I’m sure there are plenty of middlemen taking a cut of it. It’d be nice to see some actual numbers and something like “one hat purchased enables ______”
I want to know more about the Nepali wool, and how the money helps people.
Can I get the headbands in different color options?
I am worried about how long these will last with regular usage and wear.
I think you answer all the essential questions. The site is easy enough to navigate. The products, and the pricing are clearly presented. I can either buy an individual band, a 2 pack, or a 3 pack. Everything seems straightforward enough.
This looks amazing, very professional and high quality.
I would like to know cleaning care instructions for the type of wool they are made of.
What other products would you sell and do you ship to other countries?
What size heads does it fit? Can it be adjusted? Is it machine washable? How long does it take to dry if wet from rain?
I don't have any questions. It took me about three pages through the website to figure out which image was the head band. It wasn't very obvious until I got to the actual purchase button.
is there a way to setup monthly payments or payment plans ?
My main questions revolve around how you would go about cleaning this headband because of the wool material it's made out of. It is okay to put in the washer? Are there any special instructions I need to keep up maintenance?
It looks like a very worthy cause. The questions I have are how is the money paid? Is it to the people making the headbands? I was confused about that.
The website appears to make solid contributions to help those people in the specific region. One question I have is the missing statistics of children that received the help in the past. Another question I have is whether the owner of the website is a recognized charity organization or not. The information would be useful to help readers of the website make decisions to purchase the products and help to meet the goal of the website.
After reviewing the site the main questions I have are what they look like on people and what percentage of each sale goes to support the cause.
Would this cause a lot of static? Why aren't there more designs? Are these small enough for a kid to wear?
I feel like the main pages, especially the main page, didnt. feature headbands so it was confusing. I felt like I had to surf around just to find and see one of the headbands. The focus I feel is more on the women and their culture.
I would just want to know if the product is made in a comfortable environment for the workers and not some sweat shop.
How durable are the headbands and how long can they be expected to last? How easy are the headbands to repair?Do the headbands get itchy?
The headbands sort of just look like they can be bought at any store. There is no guarantee they are being produced where they say they are. Also after searching through multiple pages, I could not find any sort of governing or oversight committee that has acclaimed this product to say that it is fair trade and is not taking advantage of poor peoples in another country. The stories looked heartwarming, but I have concern its all unproven information.
What is the contact window for people that have questions
what made your founder decide to do headbands? Why not bracelets or something else? IS there something significant about headbands specifically like something in the culture?
How much goes to the women making them? (The pay for this one is super low)
I want to know how durable the headbands are and how easy they are to care for / keep clean.
I’m not sure have any questions, other than where are the headbands shipping from. They do seem to be high quality and I thought the $29.99 price tag was fairly reasonable.
How much of the sale price of the headbands goes to the women who make them?
No questions, the site has great pictures and helpful detailed text.
Where are they shipped from? S&H free but product is reasonably priced.
I dont have any questions, this is very thorough, great images, the text is consistent and well written.
I am curious how they connect to the chosen charities and how this charity list was chosen I also wonder their intended use is.
My first question when I go on the website is what the headbands look like. The story is interesting but I would want to see the headbands as soon as I get on the site.
First, I would want to know how much they cost. Is there additional shipping fees? Do the headbands come in different sizes?
Are the headbands easy to clean and maintain ? Are they durable ?. Are they hypoallergenic?
The sizes of the headbands. How the headbands are made, video proof.
i dont think i have any questions. i think the website gives all the info that you need and it is laid out really well and easy to understand.
No questions. It's a very unique and cool product. I like it.
