I think that it looks legit after visiting the site, but a .dad website is the first I've seen of this kind. That seems so bizarre. I wouldn't trust it likely just based on that.
The website doesn't feel... trustworthy, frankly. It has a feeling like it's urgently trying to sell me something I don't necessarily need.
I am a mom, not a dad. I like the concept of the site. I know a lot of moms and dads sometimes have trouble coming up with fun stuff to do with their kids. I like that there is a game aspect to it. I would want to know how much the cards cost.
I think it is a wonderful website. Dads having a one on one with their children. Because sharing is caring.
It's not immediately clear to me what product will be delivered. Is the Dad spin just a marketing gimmick? Wouldn't this work just as well for busy moms? I was able to find contact information, including an address and phone number, easily, which makes the site seem trustworthy. Since there is a physical product, I wish I could find shipping and refund information just as easily.
I wouldn't shop there since I already find lots of things to do wtih my daughter in my city. If I lived in a less kid friendly town, I might though. The site looks trustworthy yes and would be helpful for parents with less things to do.
It sounds like a cute site, I just wish it was more laid out in an easier form to see better what products are available then trying to dig to find better ones
I don't trust the domain name. Would feel better about a dot com. Doesn't give any info as to why I should trust them.
Yes I would shop here as the site looks trustworthy given the family friendly vibe, and it is easy to navigate. I want to know what experience the founding team has with dad adventures.
It's cute but the fact that it's dad specific actually kind of turns me off
This is a new concept so I am not sure that I would trust it. I wonder why there is a waiting list.
This site is trustworthy because it is visually appealing, detailed, informative and easy to navigate. I don't have any concerns, as the page is clear, detailed and comprehensive in coverage. I would totally shop here!
I wouldn't shop in this website as there is very limited information about the owner of this site, such as his job experiences and qualifications etc. Also it doesn't say how much is the subscription fee, if any.
The site looks trustworthy, but I do wonder about payment methods. I would also like to see more about how it works and if information is kept on the site and for how long.
Eh, maybe. I think my take is, any father / son activity should be relevant to one of the people involved. My kid really likes Star Wars. Great. That's something we can bond over. I like being out in nature, and that's something I can share with him, and get him interested in. My point, if I have one, is that in both scenarios, one of us is into a specific thing. I wouldn't take my kid to a baseball game, when neither of us likes baseball. I think any father that needs this deck, either needs to do a better job of understanding their kid, or they need to do a much better job of understanding themselves.
I would like to see some reviews and a few examples of what products actually offer.
I didn't like the pop-up at all. I would have left the site right then. The join our wait list will turn people away. Tell the truth and call it an email list or maybe 'free subscription'
I like the idea behind the project, I would definitely try to find out more by subscribing to the mails. The site looks legitimate and trustworthy. I would recommend making it possible to create an account and also display the payment methods available.
I would check for Amazon first and then I would go to the site of Dad ventures second to compare prices.
The site looks a little made up and I don't really see what products are offered.
The site has a nice design, it's easy to navigate. The idea is cool and different, I like the concept, its innovative and original. There aren't any red flags that would make me distrust the site. One question that I have is: Is it only tailored for kids and dads or are there other activities suited for teens and dads?
There are so many websites dedicated to just this topic. I think I would not shop here to find things to do. i would just google it.
Honestly I love the idea. This gives a good place for Dads to come up with or to go on really good adventures with their kids.
I would not think to buy something from a site with .dad address and there isnt much to buy. I would be here mostly for dad ideas.
I probably would not shop there. I feel that I do not need someone to tell me what to do with my Dad. I think I could make my own decisions.
i would shop because everything is explained soo well and arranged in order, the site is super user friendly i could easily navigate through and learn ,it looks trustworthydo the cards consider dads or children with disability?
No. I'm not seeing anything that would worth my money or time. I don't feel that this site would be safe with any of my information. What exactly is Dadventures?
It looks very legitimate to me. If I was a dad that wanted ideas of what to do with my kids, I would visit the site.
I would definitely shop here if I were a dad. I find it looks trustworthy and a great and fun way to connect with your kids.
This is great! I applaud the idea and the site seems trustworthy. One thing holding me back is the use of word "insanely", I read it twice in the first minute. (pop up and main page) It's a very insensitive word and doesn't give very good vibes to go along with the rest of the pages.
I really dislike when popups come up as soon as I view the site. I think that is the only thing I did not like
It depends on the price. Are the events local events or generic things you can do with your child?
Doubtful that I would shop on this site. They do not have many products. The idea of Dadventures does not appeal not appeal to me.
I would shop here as the site looks professional, engaging, modern and is also a secure site. I like the pictures and appreciate the unique opportunity to engage dads to bond with their children in a fun way, which is often overlooked in society.
This is super cute, I guess I'm really confused if the only product is a single deck of cards? Or are there options? How adventurous are the adventures- like are they going to be very involved or just every day activities? Overall the site seems trustworthy and attractive.
To me the idea sounds a bit odd but i guess someone might be able to benefit from this type of community. It did look a bit cheap but i wouldnt say untrustworthy
The page is too long and has too much information and pictures. They are distracting. It has to be a better designed webpage.
It seems like a nice website that I think I would be tempted to use.
I have gone through this site, I liked the products over there. I am willing to purchase products on this site.Yes, It is trustworthy.I don't have any questions about the site, everything explained clearly.
I actually like the products, i do trust this site, the images and context with the founder as a dad of 4 makes this relatable and something worth exploring.
Personally, I would not purchase from the site myself because I am a mom not a dad. I however love this idea and would purchase in a second if it was a mom and me. I will recommend this to family and friends who are struggling to find a time to plan things to do with your child. It’s a great great idea I would have to research the website more thoroughly to know if I trust it or not but from first sight, it seems OK.
I would not shop there – the biggest reason is not finding the site trustworthy. It asks you to sign up for a mailing list before revealing anything about what is being offered. I found the information on the page too vague to be believed. I would ask if Dadventures is some kind of scam website.
I do notlike this site nor woukd i avail myself of its services.i do not trust the cookies or the security of my information.
Seems like a legit site with the contact info of the company. what other products are they offering? I only saw one product which is the cards.
This site is well done and interesting and I would shop there.
I would not shop there because I do not have young children. It does look trustworthy. I want to know how much it costs.
I like the idea of Dad being a focal point for his children. I would be interested in shopping from the site. I don't have any questions and the site looks trustworthy
I do not liked being asked for my contact info 3 times in like 5 seconds. That turned me off and made me want to shop somewhere else. It also took too long for me to understand what you are selling
The website certainly looks professionally designed however; I didn't find anything that I would personally buy. It has a blog and some ideas and I like what it stands for. What's missing is content.
Pros: The site is great. Engaging, relaxing, great vibe. The site looks trustworthy.Cons: I don't like that there's no opt-out of having the site track me or sell my data. It feels slimy when it's not right there. Same with the lack of pricing on the Dadventures Deck. Don't make me click to see the price. Also, I can't tell if the Dadventure Deck comes with the Kid Deck. Finally, I would need to see some examples of what's on the cards before I'd be willing to pay, which I don't know how to do. Call you? Unclear.
