What would you change on this web site?
50 Responses
I like that it gives me information and price. The price is important since you do nto see that as much. the only thing I do not like is the chat box that pops up. makes me feel like I am being watched.
This is a very interesting and neat website. I don't think I have a real use for it but it would be interesting if I did.
I would give less description on the home page. I dont like having to scroll to find what i need to find.
The chat is too large and aggressive once you load the page
I like it and see nothing I would change
I would centralize the information in the middle, it being on the left is not helpful to me. My eyes usually are drawn to the middle of a web page. I would also move "how it works" to the top section and alter the background color. I would change the text color to darker fonts throughout.
The graphics are nice but it's lacking information and almost has a fake feel to it
I do not like that a chat window opens as soon as I open the website, and that the phone number is not an "800" number.
I like the webpage. My only critique is to make the words and spacing less. The page takes time to scroll since it is so spaced out.
Have an actual person at the chat function on the lower right, not just a way to send a message
I think it looks too similar in color to amazon.
It seems perfect as is. Looks sharp and knowledgeable, answers all questions I could think of. Lists what problems they can help solve.
Honestly the website is great, it's just the name of the company that needs to change. It sounds like a resort, and it doesn't at all relate to the business.
I would not change much at all, maybe the font
The only thing that I see that I would address in the top image when you first land on the page. The large open area on the right does show off the mountain well, but it feels more like a massive negative space in comparison to the rest. If something more substantial was added in then I feel like the site would be complete and well rounded.
Overall look was good and interface was easy to read, but scrolling through the site was jagged. I'm using chrome on a new 2019 laptop and the site scrolled very poorly.
I don't think the comment "we know things have been getting out of control online for your Brand". It seems to attack the potential customer and make them feel insecure and targeted. I would rephrase this to a more indirect claim.
its a flowing update looking site with no ads and it looks legit
There is too much of text to read making it little boring, so I will increase the graphics
I would not change one thing at all
Some of the big buttons and instant messager helper are highly annoying to the end user.
If I had problems selling my merchandise on amazon I might use their service. I think they need more blog posts so they look a little more established and connected.
I would like more images to help break up all the text on the page.
thjis site is very nicely laid out and if I were in need of that service I would use it.
Overall the website uses a nice layout/images/colors/font choices. I do feel like the words are a little large (feels like they are speaking loud, if that makes sense), and maybe not so much focus on "if your business meets our standards" wording. It feels a little exclusive (they may have a certain type of company they look for, but to mention it so many times throughout the site seems a little elitist). Overall nice looking but does also load a little slow, so perhaps a better host as well.
Not much to consider changing here: I think this website is attractive and easy to use. The colors are appealing and eye catching. The menu is simple to navigate and easy to understand. The contact information is easy to access. One thing that I would change is the chat box that appears on the bottom right of the screen and then "follows" you around as you scroll. I'd like for this box to go away on its own when I start to scroll.
The website is a little amateurish looking/basic. I think it should be made to look more sophisticated/sleek. I also do not like when a chatbot immediately pops up upon reaching a website. It makes me feel a bit like my privacy is invaded.
I would change the colors
I would add more color contrast - as is it's very simple and bland. It has a monotonous tone that makes me tune out and lose interest. I think adding visual interest points through the addition of colors to break things up would keep me interested in learning more about the service.
NOTHING I LIKED IT
I do not like the Amazon advertisement or the hotline in the corner, it makes it feel disingenuine.
I like the background and that an AI pops up right away to help but it won't go away. Everytime I click a new tab it pops up and I have to close it. There are also no helpful links at the bottom of the pages and this is where I go to find credible company information.
looks nice overall, I hate the pop ups though that invite you to chat
The bottom Help email address is right over similar color background image.
It looks like they are trying to make money off people by providing a simple service those people can do for themselves
The site took longer than usual to load. Its very straight forward and the information is short yet informative. The overall color scheme, font and design are very attractive and easy to view. It maybe my monitor resolution but the original image or header doesn't quite fit the viewing screen, it could have less depth with a more panoramic mountain landscape to make it fit better.
My first thoughts were that it was not a secure site. The chat box immediately popped up which was nice. The name of the site unless you had something or saw something in reference to the product it is going to provide you would not know to go to this site. The background picture is nice but really need more customer reviews and success stories to keep me interested and going. The mountain is overwhelming. Do not remember a FAQ page. Just a real basic website that needs to be fleshed out more.
nice and clean looking, good layout and info.
I think that there is a lot of scrolling, where you could have different pages so that I could look just at what they things that I want to see, but the pictures are nice and it looks very professional. I also hate when a pop up comes on the screen with people trying to talk to me. It is better to just have a live chat button on the side, instead of popping up over what I want to see. This allows me to talk to someone if I want to, but not have to have that box up and close it and feel intruded upon.
I really like the look and feel of the website. I like that a help chat window popped up immediately in case I need help. I enjoy all of the visual aspects of the page, all of the graphics look interesting and draw the eye. It's smart to have the phone number so visible at the top of the page. The website seems easy to navigate as well.
I would change some of the text because saying "We know things have been getting out of control online for your Brand and we also know that you’re not sure what to do about it" sounds very negative and frustrating for someone who is looking for this type of service. Instead, ask thought provoking questions or make a statement about how the service can help them. This sounded condescending. The layout of the website is good.
The overall look of the website is very visually appealing. I like the design and layout a lot. It is very professional. It feels very fluid. The one thing that I would change would be the automatic popup of the Facebook Messenger chat window. I feel like it clutters the screen and have a general distaste for all websites that promote an automatic chat window for feedback. Perhaps leave the chat dialogue as a chosen option in a contact us section and allow visitors the option to choose to contact the company.
I like the simplicity of the design and graphics. With simple graphics, the viewer can focus on what the website is trying to convey (they help people with Amazon seller issues). I noticed the chat pop up came up really fast, which can be good. The odd thing is, scrolling with the mouse seem a little choppy on the site. Not sure if it's my mouse setup or the site itself. I use the scroll function on the mouse and the page doesn't scroll smoothly.
First of all I do not like the pop-up chat that pops up, when I first go to a website, I do't always need to chat with someone, and I will look for that option if they make it obvious. I like the telephone number is a bright color and made obvious if that is what I'm looking for, better than having to search for it. I like when you click on a heading on top takes you right to what you need to know.
This site seems poor quality. The text is very unprofessional. I would tighten up the text, there are too many run on sentences.
Better information on pricing - it seems too catchy
I would probably add some color. Perhaps a sunrise shot would add some zip to the otherwise starkness of the range. It's a rather bland image, in my opinion.
I think that the explanation about the name should go right on the front page because otherwise people are stumbling around your page wondering what the heck Elbert Mountain has to do with what you are trying to accomplish. I also think that would be a good thing to have there so your main page didn't look so empty. I realized after I searched around at your tabs that if I had scrolled down there was actually more information. Once I navigated your page more I did like what I was seeing. You have a very well organized page and included the necessary information.
I really like it. The only thing I saw that I would change is that when I click on a tab, the words Our Services needs to be lower. It is overlapping with the company name.
It's a little choppy when scrolling, and it's not immediately obvious what the site is for. Smooth out the interface, and have an up front summary of what's on offer. Other than that, it's decent.
