If I could have an option that plans them together I would go with that one but without that I would go with this one for its brush design.

Personally, with the descriptions being exactly the same, I find it a bit suspect in general, but I would opt for the first one because it has an adjustable angle. They certainly don't seem directly comparable though since they are clearly 2 different products. I like the aesthetics of Option B far more, but would prefer the versatility over the appearance.

The other option has a lot of black plastic or other black material which makes it harder to determine if it's grimy and not clean. All white or nearly all white is preferable to determine and maintain cleanliness.

That could make it a lot easier to hold and use for certain parts of the home.
