The only difference I see is the color and that is my favorite of all 3

I would pick option A because I like this color and shade of pink the most, girly and feminine.

My top pick would be the option A as the color is very soft and elegant looking , the sober and classy look it holds is enhancing the beauty of the product . Then i selected the other two options as per their color and look .

I like the paler rose color better because it's not garishly bright or orange toned which is less visually appealing and less subtle to blend better into a more neutral colored bath decor.
