Which word do you like best to describe the color of this pillow?
Option B won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 8 votes after 2 rounds of votes counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.

C felt too generic. A felt the most warm and homey.

The brightness of this yellow makes me feel it is more of a Marigold. Marigold also has a nice regal vibe to it. Butter is more faded or pale yellow to me. Sunflower ain't bad but sunflower has seed parts that isn't yellow.
I prefer option B is natural. I find it stands out more.
I love Marigold because it is a word I don't hear a lot. It feels very unique and special like something for a special occasion. It's cheerful. Sunflower is still good though, but I feel like Sunflower is a little less unique. Butter doesn't feel like a good name for a pillow. I could see myself resting my head in a bed of Marigolds or a bed of Sunflowers but not in butter!
Marigold is my first pick - I grow them, the color is spot on. Sunflower would be my second pick...though the color is a bit off. I would never pick butter, that is a food not a blanket.
My top choices are the flowers for color description because they are cheerful. My favorite is marigold for the pillow itself because the pillow is not a bright yellow it has a darker yellow hue more like an actual marigold.
When I first saw the pillow I thought of goldenrod, so I think Marigold is the best description.
Instead of butter, I would say goldenrod, or turmeric. like marigold

I think sunflower is the closest to what I would use and also makes you think of pretty flowers
The flowers are a much better descriptor than a food product.
I think the word Sunflower to describe this color is accurate and calming
C - By coincidence the color reminded me of the pick your own sunflower s that I did with my kids during the summer :)B - It has the yellow marigold color, but marigolds can also be orange that's why it's my second optionA - does not remind me of butter at all
Sunflower yellow seems the most correct. Marigolds are often orange so I wouldn't think Marigold when looking at this one. Butter is often a more pale yellow plus I don't like pillows named after food.
Def Sunflower not because of only the color but also because of the texture that gives it an added boasted of petals.
I chose sunflower first because that was the first thing I thought of when I saw the item. I chose Marigold next because it is a flower and also close to the color. Butter is my least favorite because it is a food and I just don't like it for the name
