that its about the structure of a city
I see that this can help you with what you can add to your property. This might be very useful to help improve your lot. This is a good idea and think the site is well-presented. Looks great overall and you can get some good ideas from it.
I like the idea for people in this type of business. It is important to know what you can do on a site and to be able to find this information out easily would be nice
This page is showing a property that is available and the potential uses for this property for the person that purchases it. It shows the history and zoning of that property.
I think is a pretty helpful page to see if an. Investment can be made and what type of properties can be built, this website is super helpful
It's very interesting to me since it shows off the potential for adding more to an existing property, either to expand living space or add profit-generating additions. I'm not sure how informative this would be to the general public though, I think only the current property owner would be really interested in this sort of thing.
The address has a 60% untapped potential rating per that website. The property is identified as a historical residence and is zoned to have no more than 3 units.
I understand that this is presenting information about the property, and information about how to improve the property's value can be purchased in the form of a report.
I understand that this is a lot for purchase. It gives sq. footage for developmental purposes. This isn't a physical house, it's a lot.
The main thing I understand from this web page is that this web page provides a way to understand what one can build on a property after searching for that property. This might include new floor levels or shacks or other home accessories that follow and meet the regulations provided for the relevant community where the property is located. I would want to know more about the regulations and have the web site provide references to the relevant regulation documents about building on such properties.
From this page I gather it is a service to help a new home owner or building owner acquire a work permit for their property for a fee. It appears to be licensed officials that will be providing the service. I have no questions.
Looks like a value added report as well as some restrictions and general information. Probably wouldn’t ever use this except for maybe when purchasing a house which isn’t very often
How much regulation there is for the property address
There is way too much going on here. I prefer what Zillow shows me
I understand this site connects you with a company that will helps you build on a property and deal with contractors. I think this page also gives some information to encourage how much someone should develop a property as a sample. I think that I would like to see the contact details higher up on the page and some more clear calls to action besides seeing more results, for instance signing up.
I assume it is telling me what I can or can’t build on the site. I think it is useful if you are in that niche market.
This is information about a property and it's potential. The website to me doesn't seem very user friendly. The font is far too large and it just doesn't look professional.
This webpage would run a report on the address that I am interested in by letting me know how I can add value and also what I do to or with the property will increase its value.
Great resource for me as a Realtor since I do residential and commercial. One issue that I do not see addressed is urban homesteading. I have people frequently ask me if they can have chickens, and less frequently, goats on their property. So that information on each parcel would be super useful.
What I can gather from the link is that it provides information about how to maximize income potential for investment properties. It provides facts and data relevant to city ordinances to guide potential improvements on property.
This webpage is about remodeling potential on a certain property. Due to being in a historic district, there are only certain things that can be remodeled or renovated on the property.
This page tells you what your property is worth and how to add value to it.
This page looks a little complicated. It appears that it’s an address I could potentially buy or move to and it tells me the size and property details.
That it's a 1 unit 2 story building in San Francisco with more room to build on it.
The webpage feels like it's for someone who is in the game of buying land to build things on. It provides information on zoning and the current and potential future market value. It looks like it provides some information on air rights (building height space) and whether or not the current space could be expanded. It's looking to sell the report or information to you on the address you searched for. I would like to see some testimonials or perhaps some contact information. It feels a bit risky to buy sight unseen without more information about the company.
I can see the options for expanding the house but not estimated costs for it.
Information overload almost. Maybe rabbit out for what you are looking for. Rental price versus increasing use. I think tabs would make it easier to navigate.
This looks like a page for prospective developers. It would be very helpful if that was my intent, but if I was looking for information about who lived there, what it sold for, I am not sure this would be much help. Could the page be expanded to include more of that kind of information?
This seems to be a business that focused on evaluating properties in San Francisco. Is this residential only or business properties as well?
I actually like this webpage as a quick way to find pertinent property information if you wanted to break ground on new construction. This is a good all-in-one resource, though $200 for the 'full report' is a bit steep. I'd do maybe $150 tops.
There is an abundance of information. I learned virtually everything about the place from the freedom of information. I’d like info regarding schools and transportation
It tells you what can be built on a piece of land and how to maximize earnings. I'm curious as to whether it tells you what type of home building restrictions there are.
It seems like some sort of real estate website. Its kind of boring. I guess it gives you ideas and rules about building on a particular address. I guess it would be useful for developers
It's telling me about land for sale and what types of real estate you can buy.
This page shows me that I can purchase property in an area for potential business growth. It gave some details on zoning, height restrictions, how many properties can fit and historic value. I wouldn't want to pay $200 for a full report.
The property is in the Telegraphic Hill Neighborhood of San Francisco. It has a medium untapped potential. There is a report available for a fee.
From this webpage, there is a property in one of San Francisco's exclusive neighborhoods that has some income potential, primarily as a 1 or 2 unit rental.
I see it more as an advertisement. Not an error
home value and how to increase equityt
It lets you know what potential your home has and wants to work with you to fix it up for a price, I don't have a lot of faith in it and probably wouldn't use it. I've never heard of this company.
Pretty straightfoward details with information on the property and details on how to increase it's value.
It looks like it sells a report of all of the information about what can be done with a property via permits and zoning for someone looking to build on a specific property. The layout is a bit hard to follow though.
I think this would be great for an assessor. This would be awesome if you are looking for value of a home or to use homes for comparable sales. I am curious how much detail it actually gives for the property. Is there a monthly cost? How often is this product updated? Where do you get your information from?
From this address I get that it will tell you exactly what can be built on the property and what it is zoned for. It will help you know if a property is undervalued, or had the potential to be worth more if you change what is built on it.
It sounds like the service helps you to understand what the potential is for developing a property with codes. I wonder who is developing these reports and what background they have.
It looks like a very detailed commerical real estate site. Where you can access tons of information
It appears to be a real estate site. It seems you get free information and have the option to pay for a more detailed report. My only question is, is this for home buyers or is it for agents?
The website was a little hard to figure out what it actual was. I had to go down the whole website to try and figure out what the site is really about. I think if you were googling for this it would make more sense.
I get a relatively quick overview of what I could reasonably expect to pursue as opportunities to increase the value or revenue stream from the property based on regulations, zoning, and neighborhood averages. My biggest question would be some sort of verification or reason to trust the source, especially some sort of track record I could reference.
I understand that this is a lot in San Francisco, California and the zoning codes are nicely displayed. I would like to see some photos of the actual lot and nearby facilities.
